About our times together

When we meet we usually have a time of worship together as well as teaching from the Bible. Roughly once a month we break bread together (Communion). Our aim is that all that happens - whether worship or teaching, reflects the nature of a God who is creative and has much on His heart to share with us. Sometimes that will be through the use of spiritual gifts which we encourage as the Spirit leads. Various small groups and activities also take place midweek.

How is the Church led?

We have a Leadership Team of both men and women - young and not so young. Our aim is that the style of Leadership among us reflects the one we follow - Jesus Christ, who we are told did not come to be served but to serve others. Importantly though, we also believe that Leadership is found at all levels of life among us - as God's people are making a Kingdom difference in our world. This we encourage, applaud and celebrate.

Our history

CCC began in December 1996 and soon after became a registered charity (No. 1060985). We feel that our relationships with other parts of the wider Church are really important and we seek to work and partner together with others as much as possible. CCC is part of the Exeter Evangelical Partnership (EEP), the Evangelical Alliance (EA) and the Willow Creek Association.
